Getting oriented
What happens during a session?
The shape of every round, start to finish.
By the end of this lessonDescribe the ten steps of a tapping session before you do one.
Every session — beginner or advanced — follows the same shape. Check in. Choose one target. Rate it 0–10. Pick a technique. Tap. Pause and breathe. Re-rate. Notice what changed. Decide the next step. Save it.
It's deliberately repetitive. The structure is what turns a vague bad feeling into something you can measure and work with.
A round takes about two minutes. Most issues need two to four rounds before the number really moves.
- Check in → target → rate → tap → pause → re-rate → what changed → next step.
